NUENZ trials involved receiving a 20kg resin sample (plus an additive) from the client with relevant MSDS information. From this, we undertook our dispersion testing process and compatibility analysis. Optimum results achieved with modified fibre added at just 0.2% by volume. Client pumping trials, in 5 tonne batches, was completed successfully including NUENZ modifying the filters to remedy an existing client challenge.
